2021 Sponsorship Packages
Bovey Tracey Carnival Association is an established and well supported community organisation who organise numerous events for the community, raising funds for local charities, community groups and projects that are in need of support.
As a not for profit organisation run by volunteers, we have provided community events and financial assistance to many local causes over the years, culminating in our annual Carnival Week celebrations in August.
In Order to donate back to the community we are offering both sponsorship and advertising opportunities during CarnivalWeek and at the additional and varied Carnival events throughout the year.
We enjoy plenty of coverage in local publications, have a frequently visited website and produce a glossy Carnival Week program in which our sponsors, advertisers and supporters are visible. We also employ the use of various social medial platforms. We are proud to havea large following on Facebook with recent posts reaching approximately 3000 to 5000 people.

Sponsorship for Picnic in the Park or Sunday Funday
Cost : £200
This sponsorship amount goes towards the costs of the stage and set up, the sound technician team, skips, toilets and much more.
- Your company logo will be on a banner which will be placed on the stage and provided by the Bovey Tracey Carnival.
- Free colour advert in our Carnival Programme. This is a free publication available during June, July and August across South Devon at all the carnival processions we attend and isdelivered heavily in and around Bovey Tracey. Local school children are involved in the design of the front cover therefore encouraging interest in the publication from the majority of families in the area.
- Logo and company name on all advertising done both online and in publications in relation to the event.
- Social media advertising on our Facebook page. Advertising on our website with links back to your own website.
- Free promotional stand at Sunday Funday on request.
Advertising in our Programme
Cost : from £45
To fund the cost of the Carnival Programme, we sell advertising space. This is a free booklet of events that we distribute across South Devon Carnivals.
Local school children are heavily involved in the design of the front cover therefore encouraging interest in the publication from the majority of families in the area.The booklets are all printed in full and glossy colour. They are finished by a professional designer at Devon Designs.
Available advertising space:
- 1/4 page – £45 (110mm high x 63mm wide)
- 1/2 page – £80 (110mm high x 129mm wide)
- Full Page – £140 (190mm high x 129mm wide)
Artwork
Please make sure your artwork supplied meets the following specification…
- All artwork in PDF format
- CMYK
- 300dpi
- fonts embedded or outlined
- 3mm bleed on full page adverts
- minimum 5mm gutter for content from edge.
We do not accept responsibility for any inaccuracies in your artwork. Whilst every effort will be made to inform you of any apparent errors, we will reproduce the artwork you provide with final proof approval on your part. Artwork not supplied in this format may incur additional artwork charges.
Alternatively, for a small additional charge, your artwork can be arranged directly with our professional designer for a small additional fee.Space in our program is limited and fills up fast.
Deadline for advert entries is the end of April 2021.
Carnival Procession Category Sponsorship
Cost : £30 per category
Your company name and logo will be on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place certificates. You will also be promoted on our Facebook page and on this website with a link back to your own website. You may sponsor multiple categories in order to maximize your company exposure.

£20 Sponsorship Package
Your sponsorship fee is for the Picnic in the Park event. This event is free for the public to attend and showcases local bands and musicians. We have a typical footfall of well over 1000 people to this event.
Bovey Tracey Carnival Association seek funding in the form of sponsorship towards the costs of the stage and set up, the sound technician team, skips, toilets and much more.
Your £20 package contributes specifically to the hospitality pack provided to the performing acts on the night.
This buys you
- Your Logo and company name as a sponsor on all advertising done both online and in publications in relation to the event.

Please supply any artwork (logo) and website or Facebook details you would like to be used. If you would like to add a written (brief) introduction we will try, if possible, to include this as a curtesy.
